Liberal media stars and celebrities are used to having everything go their way, and typically enjoy living their lives in their Hollywood and New York echo chambers. Unfortunately for them, however, more and more Americans are being woken up to the realities around them, and are starting to make their voices heard. Noted leftist Meryl Streep found this out the hard way this week, when she awoke to find posters with her face on them scattered around Los Angeles, slamming the actress for her connections to sexual predators Roman Polanski and Harvey Weinstein.
The posters, which appeared near the Hollywood Highland Center, 20th century Fox Studios, and near Meryl Streep’s home in Pasadena, among other places, showed Streep with a red line over her face and the words “#SheKnew” painted boldly in white, alluding to the fact that the actress was aware of the improprieties being conducted by the film moguls she called friends and opted to stay silent about the issue.
Previously, Streep found herself under fire from other Hollywood celebrities, most notably Rose McGowan, who tweeted “Actresses, like Meryl Streep, who happily worked for The Pig Monster [Harvey Weinstein], are wearing black @GoldenGlobes in a silent protest. YOUR SILENCE is THE problem. You’ll accept a fake award breathlessly & affect no real change. I despise your hypocrisy.” Streep, however, denied the connections, but it did little to stop the latest campaign. Have a look for yourself:
And, believe it or not, this isn’t the first time that street art like this has popped up on the streets of Los Angeles. In fact, thanks to the work of a mysterious street artist like Sabo, leftist hypocrisy has been getting called out in the City of Angels for year, and many think that the same man might be behind this latest campaign as well. Take a look at some of Sabo’s previous pieces to see what we mean.
And Sabo had some great pro-Trump signs out there too, after the President won in his landslide victory last November:
It is great to see the left finally getting their comeuppance, and it is even better to see it happening to the hypocrite Meryl Streep. So, Sabo, we here salute you, and we are looking forward to seeing more of your fine work in the future. And for those who wanna see more of his past art, check out his web page here!
